Change of mind
If you order online and change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging — we cannot resell an opened tin or aerosol. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the return.
To cancel, email info@auson.ie with your order number.
Faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away — we will replace it or refund you, including any delivery costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 always apply.
Returning goods
Returns can be dropped in to Angels Garage, Horsepark, Castlebar. If a courier return is needed for an aerosol or coating product, contact us first — transport rules for these products mean we may need to arrange the collection ourselves.
