Mercasol Ireland (mercasol.ie) is operated by Angels Garage Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company no. 823268), registered office N5 Garage, Horsepark, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 NX50, Ireland. VAT No. IE4820783WH. Contact: info@auson.ie.
What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, contact details, and order history — to process your order, tell you when it is ready for collection, arrange any agreed delivery, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Enquiries: whatever you send us by email or phone — to answer you.
- Payments: if you pay online, your card is processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which acts as our payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. If you choose to pay when you collect, no card details are entered on this site at all.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Irish tax law (generally 6 years). Enquiry emails are kept only as long as useful.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email info@auson.ie. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
