What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, contact details, and order history — to process your order, tell you when it is ready for collection, arrange any agreed delivery, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Enquiries: whatever you send us by email or phone — to answer you.
- Payments: card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details for marketing. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the periods required by Irish tax law (generally 6 years). Enquiry emails are kept only as long as useful.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email info@auson.ie. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
